This mentorship will cover various aspects of our being; the physical, mental, spiritual, energetic, and emotional.
Remembrance is a coaching mentorship designed for the woman who needs the extra 1:1 time. For the woman who is fully committed to diving deep, facing her fears, getting honest with herself, receiving the clarity and alchemizing her pain into power.
We will use resources such as internal family systems, somatic exercises, quantum healing & field work, guided imagery, inner child exploration, relaxation or other methods. Transpersonal-Soul Guided Hypnotherapy practices and “trance” will be woven into our sessions. In these trance states we may invite in wise personal or ancestral resources to support you in the most beneficial of ways.
Remembrance is a sacred space for you to heal and rise.

In Remembrance we will go deep, really deep, into the quantum field, to connect to this innate wealth of wisdom within, this wisdom that is always available to you.
We will get clear on what it is you wish to transform, alchemize, heal, create, call in and manifest and a create a custom pathway for you.
We will identify core emotional wounds, traumas, shadows, mother/father wounds, patterns, stories and programs that are ready to be loved, unpacked and integrated; creating space and safety in the body and a deepening in your consciousness.
We will learn powerful somatic tools, meditation practices, and spiritual morning and evening rituals to ground in your feminine with masculine structure. Tools that you can take home with you. Tools that you will have for life.
We will build a somatic body capable of holding and riding the flow of life, the ability to bring your body back into regulation with ease and grace, increasing your self awareness and your window of tolerance.
We will deep dive into any necessary neuro-reprogramming with hypnotherapy, regression therapy, inner child, internal family systems/parts therapy, quantum healing and shadow work.
We explore past, present and future timelines, collapse any outdated timelines and expand your awareness multidimensionally. You will be fully and safely supported in moving old energy to make way for the new, anchoring in a core of self-worth, authenticity and magnetism.
There is a powerful emphasis on accountability and commitment in this mentorship. The structure and trust we create together is necessary for the deep transformations. Your commitment and effort in this container will shape your experience.
This is WORK, it’s raw, beautiful and messy. It is a commitment to yourself. I will be here to hold a safe, loving space for you as you do the often hard work. I will be your devoted cheerleader, celebrating your wins, transformations, and new awarenesses.
My work is client led. That means you are the healer, I am the guide. I guide you as you connect to the wisdom of your subconscious and your inner intelligence.
I will not take you anywhere that I haven’t gone myself. I will not have you do anything I have not done myself.
